AT&T Store

I haven't been able to get into my business account because the manager set it up under random emails pass codes security questions pins. For 1 year no mail no emails no call text except to turn on service. Owe 600 to direct TV for a supposed 2 week free trial. Direct TV says they don't.

As soon as I walked in representatives acknowledged me and explained as soon as they were done with the current customer they could help. They did the same to all that walked in. She was very respectful and courteous. Very knowledgeable and helped co-workers with their questions. Walked me through set up and helped call and transfer account even when I could have done it myself. Ive had ATT since 2007 and best customer service I have had.

Customer service was nice knew how to set us up. Gave wrong bill information. Even said we had about $600 worth of credits for opening 3 lines. That was a lie our bill is almost $500. They even said we are waiving activation fees. That was a lie as well. Very disappointed. Been working with customer service line for over 1hr trying to fix this mess

My husband & I got new phones. Josue helped us and explained everything in detailed information where we could understand it. We asked lots of questions and he did warn us about our next bill being higher, than God he did. Not all phone peeps do that. We really appreciated him walking us through this whole process, step by step.

Not very attentive. Kind of dismissive. They seemed only to want to sell me a phone and not actually get me signed up. I came in thinking of buying 5 phones... that I tried to do online but it made me come in, and instead of using what online made they rang it up for instore. For some reason it came out me having to pay 3k... ended up going to the store in Canon city and walked out with what I was expecting... so I don't know what was going on at this store but was very odd. But the people seemed nice enough and the store was clean.
